• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the application

• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that all content you upload or generate complies with applicable laws

We may also impose limits on usage, including but not limited to the number of images you can generate per day.

Our service uses third-party services (including Firebase and fal.ai) for functionality. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

The materials and services on our application are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our application, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
